We invite you to the first Art of Harvesting training in Vietnam, to learn, share, and be in co-inquiry with our calling question:

How can we harvest the essence of meaningful conversations and translate insights into actionable steps?

This immersive training will equip you with practical tools and embodied practices for creating impactful, lasting change. You will be able to deepen your harvesting style, approach, and get the right tools for your context.

Training Fee

We work across different economies. In an effort to be financially inclusive and to make the training happen, we offer a few price tiers as below:

  • Early bird (valid until July 13, 2025, limited slots available): 5,000,000 VND (192 USD)
  • Standard price: 7,000,000 VND (269 USD)
  • Generous price: You can pay anything above 7,000,000 VND (269+ USD). The extra amount will go to our scholarship fund.

The USD fee above was determined based on the exchange rate on June 10, 2025. Should the exchange rate fluctuate in the future, the USD fee may be adjusted based on the VND fee.

Note: The prices above include training fees for 2 days and light tea breaks. It does not include lunches, travel, accommodation, and VAT.

Scholarship and special offer

If you have been to a 3-day Art of Hosting training before, please let us know in the registration form and enjoy a 25% discount.

If you have missed the early bird and the standard price is a challenge for you, please also let us know in the form. We have scholarships available to offer.

VAT invoice

If you need VAT invoice, when filling in the Registration Form, please provide your company ‘s information. Be noted that the fee above does NOT include VAT. 

Cancellation

  • If the program is cancelled by the team, you will be refunded 100%.
  • You can transfer your ticket to another participant without any extra fee.
  • If you cancel your participation for any reason before July 31st, you will be refunded 50% of the fee.
  • From July 31st, you will NOT be refunded if cancelling.

Paul Messer
From UK & Canada

Paul Messer is a product designer, process facilitator, and systems analyst with a passion for unlocking collective creativity. He blends design thinking with participatory leadership, fostering more human-centered approaches to work. Trained in the UK, Paul has worked across Europe and North America, supporting organizations to adopt bolder, more human ways of working.

As a Harvester, Paul supports individual and collective meaning-making. His approach is to be playful in how visual and design thinking can weave with collective intelligence. Either creating visual harvest, interactive sense-making tools or developing new practices, Paul has applied his craft to helping unpack complex systemic issues in education, product development, organisational development, public consultation and technology and innovation.

Linh Pham
From Vietnam

Linh has felt the vibrant energy in teams where leadership is shared, and he wonders how much beauty would be created in the world if this was the normal mode. He commits to share the practice with everyone who is looking for a different way of collaboration. Linh is also a storyteller, a practitioner of the Art of Hosting, and a member of the Going Horizontal community.

Linh harvests by telling stories. His past work as a reporter help him nuture the skill of deep listening and weaving story threads. Now in Dom Dom Lab, he practices harvesting by telling stories of their projects, moments of learning, and sensemaking.

Trang Nguyen
From Vietnam

Trang Nguyen studied Software Engineering and Sustainability Leadership and has worked in diverse sectors including technology, marketing, education, human rights and organisational development.

She has 5 years of experience working with factory owners, managers and workers in Vietnam, co-creating space for collaboration and dialogue in their work processes, where people can feel safe to trust, prototype and make meaningful decisions on behalf of the whole. She also works with other international organisations and corporations in Vietnam who want to incorporate co-creation and self-organisation in their structures. Her focus has been on how to nurture community well-being and self-organization in workplaces.

Trang is stewarding the Art of Hosting community in Vietnam. When it comes to harvesting, she deeply cares about the structure of how we store and pass on knowledge and wisdom from generation to the next.

Nam Pham
From Vietnam

Nam has always been drawn to the power of conversations that open up possibilities for change. As a conversational space holder, Nam believes in well-hosted conversation as an intersection of personal growth, deep collaboration and satisfying human relationships.

Nam has been an active practitioner and community advocate for The Circle Way process alongside his brothers and sisters in Tròn Lành Network. Nam is also a dialogue facilitator, a certified master practitioner at The Centre for Holding Space and a Visual Presencing practitioner.

Narayan Silva
From Brazil & China

Narayan Silva grew up in Brazil but sees himself as a global citizen, with a mixed blood and many years living in various countries in Asia, Europe and the Americas. He holds a MSc. in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability, and is guided by his passion to support people and organizations who want to realize their potential for creating positive impact.

He experienced his 1st Art of Hosting training in Sweden in 2013, which had a huge impact in his work. Since then he has dedicated his life to this field, which has allowed him to host collaborative processes for numerous organizations around the world and from all sectors. He lived in Vietnam to co-lead Knowmads Hanoi before moving to Shanghai in 2018 to join the sustainability consulting agency Constellations as an associated partner. In China he works mostly with European multinationals with ambitious sustainability goals, Sino-European governmental partnerships and public institutions.​ Narayan was also one of the first practitioners that introduced visual harvest to Vietnam.
